How do I update my payment method?

Account Management

What happens when my trial ends?

  • 7-day grace period to add payment
  • Data remains accessible during grace period
  • After grace period, account moves to read-only

Can I cancel anytime?

  • Monthly plans: Cancel before next billing date
  • Annual plans: Refund policy applies
  • Data export available for 30 days post-cancellation

What happens to my data after cancellation?

  • 30-day retention period
